I placed these separate because the focus was more on the weather conditions. The sky spoke more than the monuments. It didn't actually rain. Had I been anywhere in Florida though I would have been scared.

This is the lower downtown area near the pier, just before you get to the Windsor tunnel. It costs $10 round trip by city bus to visit Windsor Ontario from Detroit.
